Mr Boccabella has over 35 years of practice & is recognised as a Specialist in Migration Law. Arul Niles has over 25 years of litigation experience in the Federal Court of Australia, Family Court of Australia, Supreme Court of New South Wales, District Court and Local Court.
In private practice since 1998, Arul’s experience spans transactional work, drafting and advising on commercial agreements including joint venture contracts for property development and finance agreements , IT contracts, shareholders agreements and franchise agreements.
He has also extensive experience in Family Law matters (complex property disputes and parenting matters) and mediation. He has settled may disputes taking a collaborative approach to the disputes.
Prior to 1998, Arul was employed by the Australian Government Solicitor’s Office for 8 years as a Senior Solicitor and acted for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) in matters under the Trade Practices Act (Australian Consumer Law) and large contract disputes arising from contracts with the Department of Defence and other Commonwealth agencies.
He has also prosecuted in criminal matters whilst employed as a Solicitor with the Director of Public Prosecutions (NSW).
