You have the choice to post a written statement via your ImmiAccount describing who is aiding you and why if someone is assisting you with your application.

Use a Paper Application Form to Apply

There are no in-person submissions, and your application won’t be approved if you mail it to a different address. You must still use an ImmiAccount to submit your payment for your visa fee.

Getting Your Documents Ready

Your documentation must be prepared in accordance with the Department’s requirements regardless of how you apply. You must get your documents translated by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters if they are not in English. Most of your records may need to be validated for your paper application. See the certification instructions. It is suggested that you preserve a copy of your application materials.

If your visa application is rejected, you will receive a letter outlining the reasons why and instructions on how to request a review of the decision.

The Immigration Department may occasionally invite you to a visa interview.
