Employer Sponsored Visas

An employer-sponsored visa is a type of visa that allows an employer to sponsor an employee for work in Australia. The employer must be approved by the Australian government to sponsor employees for work in Australia.

The employer-sponsored visa program is designed to help employers who cannot find suitable workers in the local market. The program allows employers to sponsor employees from overseas to work in Australia. The employer must meet certain criteria to be eligible to sponsor an employee for an employer-sponsored visa.

ENS Visa (Employer Nomination Scheme) (186)

The ENS visa (Employer Nomination Scheme) (186) is a permanent work visa for skilled workers who are nominated by their employer. This visa allows you to live and work in Australia indefinitely.

Skilled Employer-Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa (494)

The Skilled Employer-Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa Subclass 494 is a provisional skilled visa that allows you to work in regional Australia. You must be sponsored by an eligible employer and nominated for a position that meets the requirements of the subclass 494 visa.

TSS (Temporary Skill Shortage Visa) (482) – Medium & Short Term

The TSS (Temporary Skill Shortage) visa is a temporary visa that allows skilled workers to live and work in Australia for up to four years. This visa has two streams: the Medium-term stream and the Short-term stream.
