NSW Business and Migration announced last week that it would be opening the SC 491 2019/20 program for a short time until 5pm, 26 June 2020.
More recently NSW updated its criteria to now accept applications from eligible candidates already living in regional NSW and with an occupation on the NSW Regional Skilled Occupation List.
Applicants living in regional NSW must already have established residence in a regional location and are required to provide eg rental/lease agreements, bank statements, household and utility bills to demonstrate their regional residency.
Further information on this criteria and the application process can be found on the NSW website
